Karam Kriya Yoga Coaching

 

 

The coaching program spans at least 90 days and contains techniques from Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya (Number Awareness, Sacred Numerology). Below is an example of such a program.

 

– Book a Coaching Program –

 

 
Intake Session (1 hr.)

What is your story? Communicate your challenges and wishes. What is the dormant potential you would like to unfold? What is the transformation that you anticipate? Your coach will suggest a meditation and will select a Kundalini Yoga Kriya to practice at least once a week until the next session.

After approximately 3 weeks:

First Session (1hr.) The seed – What is eager to spring and grow?

We will crystallise what to work on for first 40-day meditation. What habit /issues to break through. What will be the focus for this transformation.

 
Your coach will suggest a meditation and will select a Kundalini Yoga Kriya for the first 3 weeks to practice at least once a week.
 
 
Day 1 of your meditation

You start the meditation within 3 days and keep a journal.

 
Day 11 of your meditation
You send a report to the coach how the meditation is going and any other feedback about your process.
Your coach might respond when necessary/asked for, but it can also be considered as just a sharing.
 
 
Day 22 of your meditation
Second Session (1hr.) The roots – How to nourish the process?

Check in and deepen the process. What is really going on? What has been holding you back? Where is you passion? We reflect on the original intention. And we will also examine your eating habits and basic needs. If necessary we will adjust the Yoga Kriya.

 
 
Day 33 of your meditation

You send a report to the coach how the meditation is going and any other feedback about your process.
Your coach might respond when necessary/asked for, but it can also be considered as just a sharing.

 
Day 41 of your meditation
Third Session (1hr.) The branches – Manifesting yourself.

Define what new habits to install into life. What serves you on your journey? A small shift in behaviour can have enormous impact. We will develop a concrete vision and discuss what you can actually and creatively do (homework). If necessary we adjust the Yoga Kriya.

 
 
Day 50 of your meditation

You send a report to the coach how the meditation is going and any other feedback about your process.
Your coach might respond when necessary/asked for, but it can also be considered as just a sharing.

 
 
Day 65 of your meditation
Fourth session (1hr.) The flower – When will your beauty show itself?

Reality check. Are you breathing this, are you on track and how are you being tested in keeping up through your experiences? If necessary we adjust the Yoga Kriya.

 
 
Day 75 of your meditation
You send a report to the coach how the meditation is going and any other feedback about your process.
Your coach might respond when necessary/asked for, but it can also be considered as just a sharing.
 
 
Day 91 of your meditation
Fifth session (1hr.) Completion. The fruit. Identity – Who are you now?
 
What has changed? Who are you? What new seeds are you planting?
This can include advice to potentially continue a meditation/practice for 120 or even a 1000 days, but 90-day coaching time is completed.
