Enjoy Winter Solstice!

 

..come home when you can because there are two things in life summer solstice and winter solstices, when the divine cosmic energy can help you to elevate your consciousness and your health. But if somehow because of the circumstances or because of the certain duties you can’t come please remember those ten days (Solstice Yoga Festival Celebrations) are precious wherever you are to meditate, chant and enhance your sadhana.”

Winter  Solstice is the most beautiful human psyche. Actually these are the days when a person should celebrate because you change your oil in the body. The serum changes at summer solstice the blood changes and at the winter solstice time by the psyche because the electromagnetic field of the earth and the flare of the sun create the pranic values and that’s what it is. So these ten days are meant to eat right, light, and jubilant and be very happy, these days are for dance so that serum in the body you know the mucous membrane and the fluid in the body, that changes and in summer the chemistry of the blood changes. So that’s why there is a summer solstice and winter solstice, the most important thing and that’s why we celebrate, these are our two, we have made it a kind of religious thing to just celebrate and have fun and exercise and get together and feast “. Advent means ‘the coming, or arrival, of’. It is widely used in preparation for the celebration of the coming of Christ. The incarnation of Christ Consciousness as recognized in the person of Jesus Christ. Christ Consciousness, Krishna Consciousness, Buddha Consciousness, Nanak Consciousness, YOUR Higher Consciousness. Your Hu-Man, or Enlightened-Mind, potential.
 
So why not align to this group consciousness, this tradition held in many countries, to anticipate and celebrate your potential? By practicing Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya for your upliftment into Cherdi Kala, the Rising Spirit!
